How To Fix Host to Client Redirection on Windows Server 2008 R2

In the users Default Programs > Associate a file type or protocol with a program > HTTP & HTTPS > change it to Citrix Metaframe Server FTA
pictured below.

Host to Client URL Redirection not Functioning with Windows Server 2012 and R2 - http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX200203
The registry settings should be present on Windows Server 2008 R2. You won't find the "File Explorer" preference on 2008 local gpedit. From what I see it doesn’t need to be set as the the CTX points out the changes from User to Computer is in Win8 and Server 2012, not on 2008.
